Myron completed a Doctorate Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas with an emphasis in Rehabilitation. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Physical Therapist in the State of Washington. Myron's formal education and professional training has prepared him to counsel individuals, couples, parents, families, groups, and children. Myron is Certified in General Biofeedback and EEG Biofeedback through the Biofeedback Institute of America and is qualified to provide biofeedback and neurofeedback therapeutic services. He is also a Certified HeartMath Practitioner.

Patrick Burch

MBA, Business Manager

Patrick completed a Masters in Business Administration from Washington State University. Patrick received his Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University. Patrick enjoys fishing, baseball, high school and college football and basketball, boating, and spending time with his family. Patrick and his wife are the parents of two adoptive sons who struggled with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD) and have utilized biofeedback and neurofeedback treatment for their sons. They have also attended Nancy Thomas' Families By Design Camp in Florida.

Business Experience: Patrick has over 15 years experience in the medical billing/practice management field. Prior to starting Neurotherapy Northwest, Patrick worked for MediServ, a medical billing company, where he was Vice-President of Operations. Patrick has also worked for the Boeing Company as a Financial Controller for International AWACS programs and as an Industrial Engineer for the 757 Final Assembly Division. Prior to receiving his business degree, Patrick worked for Advanced Input Devices as a Quality Engineer and Account Manager.

Service: Patrick served for eight years in the Navy Reserve as a Petty Officer Third Class Instrument Man (instrument calibration). Patrick has also served in various positions with the Boy Scouts of America. Currently, Patrick serves as a Spokane Valley Fire Department Fire Commissioner, as well as a volunteer for the department's Fire Corps program.

Linda I. Larson

Ph.D., M.A., LMFTA

Linda completed her Ph.D. from Idaho State University with a focus on Neurofeedback for her dissertation/research and has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. Linda has over 15 years experience working with individuals, couples and families, including court referred. She is currently completing her BCIA certification for EEG biofeedback/Neurofeedback. She is certified for Critical Incident Stress Management for first on sight responders dealing with trauma and is certified with Gottman Institute for couples therapy. Linda was drawn to Neurotherapy when her daughter experienced a traumatic brain injury while participating in an English horse jumping show. When not working she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming or working out at the gym. As a private pilot, flying is a special day.

Andrew Thurber graduated with a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2011. His first experiences with counseling and biofeedback go back to 2005 when he took classes in Play Therapy, and qEEG at the University of North Texas. During his graduate education he interned at the Crisis Residential Center doing individual, group, family and in-home counseling with 12-17 year olds and their families. Andrew's certifications include Nationally Certified Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is currently working on BCIA certification while practicing at Neurotherapy Northwest. Andrew also facilitates groups for LifeStar Eastern Washington, focusing on addressing problematic sexual behavior such as problematic pornagrapy usage. Mark completed a Master’s degree in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a Master's of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington and is Board Certified in EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback) through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance and an ordained minister by the Church of the Nazarene.

Donna completed a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling from Chapman University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington and in California. Donna has formal training in EMDR, Theraplay and Sand Tray. She has worked with a variety of populations and is currently pursuing certification in EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback) through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance.

Stephanie completed a Master's Degree in Social and Behavioral Health from Whitworth University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Washington and is Board Certified in EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback) through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. She has formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. Stephanie is the proud wife and mother of law enforcement officers and she carries a strong passion in working with and supporting first responders and their families. She is also an adoptive mother who has over two decades of experience working with adoptive families. She has both personal and professional experience in working with children who have Reactive Attachment Disorder. When she's not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, their nine children and their six grandchildren.

Marcy grew up here in the beautiful Spokane Valley. She graduated from East Valley High School and attended Eastern Washington University for four years studying Business Administration and History. Marcy previously worked for Neurotherapy Northwest as an office coordinator for seven years before moving to Utah in January of 2019. While in Utah, Marcy worked for a commercial building automation company doing what she does best in the office and learning AutoCAD to help her team. Marcy met and married her husband while in Utah and together they have moved back to the area to be closer to family, and we could not be happier to have her back. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family in the kitchen and outdoors supporting her husband playing sports. Marcy enjoys serving our clients and is excited to be back.
