Neurotherapy Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
Yes, We do take insurance. Please be mindful that insurance coverage is constantly changing, be sure to contact our office to confirm in-network coverage.
Superbills can be provided for those paying out of pocket and seeking reimbursement
with their own insurance company.
What are your fees?

What is the process for new clients at Neurotherapy Northwest?
Step 1- An initial phone call will be taken by a front office employee who will take your contact information and date of birth. 509-891-5900
Step 2- You will then receive an email from “Therapy Portal” where you will register and complete the required paperwork.
Step 3- When a clinician has a new client opening the scheduler will give you a call and an initial intake appointment will be scheduled.
Step 4- Initial intake appointments are with a clinician and will determine the next steps.
How long are appointments?
A therapeutic hour is 53 minutes.
