She is passionate about helping young people gain a better understanding of who they are and all the amazing things they have to offer this world. Her main areas of interest include ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, and family dynamics/relationships. She believes there is room in therapy for curiosity, creativity, laughter, and even a little silliness alongside the hard and meaningful work of healing. Life can be complicated enough, Mollie creates a safe environment where kids can show up as their genuine, imperfect, wonderful human selves. Watching kids and their families discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work, and one that she will never take for granted.

Outside of work, and you can usually find Mollie daydreaming, looking for lost keys, reheating the same cup of coffee for the fourth time, and trying really hard not to procrastinate. She loves to hang out with her wonderful and hilarious children, spend time with extended family and friends, explore new places and new foods, and take advantage of all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Her hobbies include playing the piano, traveling, and continuing to learn about new approaches that can support the clients and families she serves.
